We offer delivery within our operating area. Delivery arrangements, including timescales and any applicable charges, will be confirmed when we call to verify your order.

• You are responsible for ensuring that someone is present to receive the delivery at the address provided.
• We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Due to the perishable nature of food, our ability to offer cancellations and refunds is limited.

• You may cancel an order before it has been confirmed or prepared. To cancel, please call us immediately on +44 7831 482293.
• Once preparation has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted and no refund will be issued.
• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement, credit, or partial refund at our discretion.
• Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles a wide range of ingredients, including common allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and shellfish.

• While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any dish is entirely free from allergens.
• If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before ordering so we can advise you appropriately.
• We accept no liability for allergic reactions where allergen information was not requested or where inaccurate information was provided.
